The data originates from The NPD Group, which will reveal its full report later today. Since its official release in November 2013, the PlayStation 4 has been in a consistent lead over its rival so this is very much a major win for the Xbox One.

Both Sony and Microsoft have postponed some significant titles to 2016, Sony delaying Uncharted 4 and Ratchet & Clank and Microsoft Quantum Break. Sony has nothing right now, so unless a portion of the enormous titles that will be uncovered, really dispatch inside of this current year, Microsoft will have the win in exclusives for 2015.
